Meet Some of the Senior Staff National Customer Service Manager Tim Smith (CECS, CESI), starting in 1987 has celebrated his 37th anniversary with Viro in 2024. The “90’s” brought Viro Asst Operations manager James Bailey (CECS) in 1992. Inventory specialist Robert “Butch” Devaney in 1994, Tony Carlson Senior crew chief in 1996, Office Manager Patrice Groves in 1997, and Scheduling manager Sylvia Almaguer in 1999 (retired July 2018). The “2000’s” opened with CFO Wayne Webb joining Viro in 2000 (retired July 2018) and Sr. Scheduling Manager Brett McLeod coming on board in 2004. Blower Balancing and Repair General Manager Ryan Smith came on board in 2006, moving over the Blower Balancing and Repair Division in 2013. With our expansion into additional states, Viro added Midwest Regional Manager and National Project Manager Steve Garkinos (CESC, CESI) along with Chicago Area Supervisor Oscar Villacorta (CESC) to the team in 2007. Based out of the Chicago (Lombard) regional office, both Steve and Oscar brought with them many years of restaurant and facilities management. Steve manages nine midwest states ranging from Illinois to Southern and Eastern Wisconsin, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, Western Pennsylvania, and Upstate New York. Texas Area Manager, Jason Coleman (CESC), working out of the Houston Regional office in charge of the Southwest region(TX, LA, OK, AR, MS). Florida Area Manager, Bryan LaDoucer started in 2005 and is celebrating his 15th Viro anniversary. He is working out of our Orlando Regional office overseeing both the Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale locations. The “2010’s” brought SE Regional Manager Sheldon Ragland in 2010 (AL, TN, MS, GA, NC, SC area). The “2020’s” brought our DC Shop Manager Gus Fernandez in 2020 (VA, DC, MD area). Senior crew chiefs with 10+ years experience: Ken Lee (since 1992), Tony Carlson (since 1996), Alexander Peschard (since 2004), Chris Vargas (since 2003). Senior Service Technician with The BBR Division: Kumar Imrit (since 2006).
